Refund policy

14-day refund, no questions asked

If you are unhappy with Marketing Department Install for any reason, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying it. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email ankit@scalifai.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number.

How you are paid back

Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used, through Lemon Squeezy. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not normally give refunds. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway and we will look at it.
